Located at Lanta Pavilion Resort on Khlong Khong Beach, Sunset restaurant is a one of the best on the beach. | The beach bar plays dinner music in the evenings, and then picks up the tempo a little for those who migrate there from the restaurant and beach later in the evening. Live music (acoustic) is presented periodically. The exotic tropical cocktails are magical, especially when being sipped at sunset or under a starry sky on the beach! |

| The massage recipient changes into loose, comfortable clothes (shorts and a t-shirt will do nicely) and lies on a mat or firm mattress on the floor (or beach!). The receiver is put into many yoga-like positions during the course of the massage, which is why Thai massage is sometimes referred to as “passive yoga”. The massage practitioner leans on the recipient's body using hands and usually straight forearms locked at the elbow to apply firm rhythmic pressure. The massage generally follows the Sen lines on the body — somewhat analogous to meridians or Channel (Chinese medicine). A full Thai massage session typically lasts two hours or more, and includes rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body; this may include pulling fingers, toes, ears, cracking the knuckles, walking on the recipient's back, and arching the recipient's into bhujangasana or (cobra position). Many opt for a shorter massage or a foot and leg massage, and modern variations, which are not traditional, include oil massage, aloe vera rubs etc. Many beach practitioners also offer manicures and hair braiding. |
