Long Stay: 

From April 15th until October 31st, make Lanta Pavilion your second home. 

Stay in a Garden View room for 12,500 per month, a Garden View Deluxe room for 15,000 per month,
or a fan room for 9000 per month. 

This includes all utilities, but there will be no cleaning service and our restaurant will be closed (there are many near-by). 
Stay 2 months or more and get 10% off these prices. 
All rooms have T.V./ cable, fridge, twin or double beds, A/C, hot water, front porch with garden view and wi-fi access (surcharge in room, but free in restaurant area). 

You will have the whole resort virtually to yourself, with just a few neighbors who you will probably become close friends with. 
The bar opens a few days a week, and there are others near-by. 
The price of these rooms in high season is 2700 per day for garden view deluxe and 2000 per day for garden view. 

We do not offer fan rooms in the busy season. 
They are just garden view rooms with the A/C disabled.
